Cancellation and Lateness Policy

We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

We are a small family business, and we rely solely on your bookings for our income, when you book an appointment with us, we reserve this time for you, and we need to have at least 24 hours notice so we can fill that spot with another client.

Here at Gosh Hair & Beauty, we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, so in case of an emergency please contact us as soon as you can to let us know.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
